José Emilio is a qualified lawyer with a Master’s Degree in Legal Practice and a Law Degree from the University of Salamanca. He is listed in the 2024 and 2025 editions of the Best Lawyers directory as a recommended lawyer in litigation.
He has more than 9 years of experience in advising on complex national and international commercial, civil and criminal disputes. He has been involved in litigation relating to contractual and non-contractual disputes, antitrust litigation, corporate disputes and investor claims in relation to complex financial products.
