Paula is an accomplished lawyer with a Master’s Degree in Access to the Practice of Law and a Double Degree in Law and Business Administration from the University Carlos III of Madrid.

She has extensive experience in advising and representing national and foreign companies in civil and commercial litigation, including contractual breaches, non-contractual liability, corporate disputes, consumer and user protection regulations, antitrust and unfair competition regulations and insurance. She has advised on complex matters with an international component involving different practice areas, jurisdictions and applicable laws.

She has experience in conducting judicial proceedings at all levels, including the preparation of extraordinary appeals before the Spanish Supreme Court
